The content of this site is informational and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of art. 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code — it is an invitation to treat (art. 71). In plain words: seeing something here does not mean it is available in the pub that day at that price.
The contract is made at the bar, in person, when you order. What binds at that point is the menu and the prices in force in the pub.
Our tap list changes several times a week; the menu and prices less often, but they change too. We update the site as fast as we can and it is still sometimes out of date — especially late in the evening, when something has just run out.
The freshest tap list is always at just-crafted.ontap.pl, which we keep current from behind the bar. If you have your heart set on a particular beer, call us and we'll check in a minute.
We are not liable for decisions made purely on the basis of what you read here. If you came across town for one specific beer and it has just kicked — we are genuinely sorry, but it is not grounds for a claim.
⚠️ This is the one clause here that can actually hurt someone, so no jokes. The dish and beer descriptions on this site are not complete ingredient or allergen information. Recipes change, suppliers change, and the site does not always keep up.
If you have an allergy or intolerance, tell the staff when you order — we will check the specific item. Full allergen information is available on the premises, as required by Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011.
Our kitchen is small and shares equipment. We cannot guarantee the absence of traces of gluten, nuts, lactose or anything else, even in dishes that do not contain them as ingredients.
This site describes alcoholic drinks and is intended for people of legal drinking age. We do not sell alcohol online — sales happen in the pub only, under the licences we hold.
Under Polish law we do not serve alcohol to anyone under 18 or to anyone visibly intoxicated, and we may ask for ID. Please don't take it personally — it is not a comment on how you look, it is a condition of keeping our licence.
On arriving at the site we ask whether you are of legal drinking age. That is a self-declaration — you click "I'm 18 or over" and we take your word for it, because the site checks no documents and collects no data to do so. At the bar it can go differently, and there you may need to show ID.
Most of the events you'll see here are ones we co-host rather than run: the stand-up nights, gigs, quizzes and meetups have their own organisers, and the descriptions, times, posters and any rules on entry, sign-ups or tickets come from them.
We publish that information in good faith, in the form we receive it. Rescheduling, cancellation and ticket refunds are the organiser's responsibility — we will happily help you reach them, but we are not a party to that contract.
We link to ontap.pl, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and Google Maps, because part of our life happens there. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we have no control over what they do with your data once you click. Following a link takes you off this site and out from under these terms.
The photos, text and the Just Crafted logo are ours, and we ask that you not use them commercially without asking. Asking usually ends in a yes — write to rodo@justcrafted.pl. Posting a tagged photo on your own Instagram needs no permission at all and makes us happier than a formal request would.
Brewery, beer, board-game and brand names appearing on the site belong to their owners, and we use them only to say what is on the tap and on the shelf.
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it working and correct, but we do not promise continuous availability or freedom from errors — there are outages, typos and stale prices.
If something here is broken or plainly wrong, write to rodo@justcrafted.pl. We will fix it faster than any terms document would require.
This site is run by ZZB sp. z o.o., ul. Cicha 2, 20-078 Lublin, Poland (NIP 7123425663). For anything concerning the site, write to rodo@justcrafted.pl.
Polish law applies to these terms. This does not limit the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory provisions of law — no terms document can take those away, and this one does not try.
We may change these terms if the site changes. A new version applies from the moment it is published, and the date of the last change is below.
How we handle visitors' data is covered by a separate document: Privacy policy.
Thank you for reading this far — we suspect you are the first. See you at the bar on Cicha.
